Zenith Crafts Co., Ltd located the beautiful town (Dehua town, Fujian, China) which has the long history of making ceramics for more than one thousand years. 1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 2,000pcs.But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Pleasefeel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly,hope you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and our service..
2. Can you accept the OEM design and provide me sample ?What about the sample lead time?
If you need one sample before purchase order , existing or custom samples will cost $20. It will take 15 days to complete the sample. Fedex, TNT, DHL... Express is available , The Freight will be paid by yourself. Sample charges can be deducted from the total amount once an order is placed.
3. What is your lead time for mass production?
Usually we need 45-60 days for production. It depends on the quantity and design of the order.
4. Can you print my own design or logo on the products and packaging?
Yes, of course. Your logo and design are warmly welcomed.
5.What shipping method you can offer?
By express, by air, by sea, or depends on customer's request.
6. Is the safety of the product during delivery?
It can put bubble bags and foam box inside and carton outside, and pallet packing to ensure the goods not broken.
