Brentwood-Chelsea Anne Paolini, a beloved daughter, sister, cousin, niece and friend, died on December 5, 2021 at the age of 32.

Chelsea's parents Laurie Todd Paolini and Thomas Paolini, her siblings Sam Paolini and Andrew Paolini, and many relatives Survived.

Chelsea was born on November 22, 1989 in Burlington, Virginia. She has shown musical talent since she was a child and established herself as a rock guitarist, singer and songwriter in her teens. After leading several bands in high school, Chelsea formed the power trio People Skills, where her songwriting, singing and guitar crush (on her cherished Gibson SG) became legendary.

Normally, Chelsea’s performances are family affairs, with brother Andrew on the drums, banners, promotional leaflets and other artwork provided by the older brother Sam, as well as her parents and relatives cheering for her in the audience.

Later, as a solo artist with only an acoustic guitar, Chelsea continued to amaze audiences from Dover, New Hampshire to Denver, Colorado.

Chelsea is not only known for her musical creativity, but also for her kindness, sensitivity and infectious adventure, stupidity and fun. She has a deep love and affection for animals, especially dogs.

When she did not perfect her craft, Chelsea was helping others. Whether it’s teaching coworkers piano, funding new and upcoming bands in the area, raising funds for those in need, providing friends with a place to sleep, or driving a few hours after receiving a notice to help their companions, Chelsea never hesitates provide support.

Chelsea also has a strong dedication to many social causes. She is never afraid to speak her mind and challenge the bullies, misogyny and patriarchy on the Internet. She provides voices for female musicians, victims of abuse, and people with emotional and mental illnesses.

In life, through her music, Chelsea shows her courage by showing her soul in her writing, singing and playing. She is never afraid to deal with complex, dark themes, she cleverly blends these themes with inspiring, unforgettable melodies.
